hexaflexagon
In my design I tried to do symmetry next to one another such as the pikachu down below. there was many ways we could have used symmetry such as line or rotation. If I could do mine over again I would do rotational symmetry to create a better effect making it more interesting.
Snail-Trail Graffiti
This project was based on circles to make the three way reflection. This project was just really fun and interesting. When you move the red one all of the others act as a reflection. This wasn't very simple to make but I though it was very fun and interesting.
Two Rivers GGB Lab
In this lab we had a goal to find a minimum distance between two points. The lab scenario was about a sewage treatment plant at the point where two rivers meet. You want to build a house near the two rivers
(upstream from the sewage plant, naturally), but you want the house to be at
least 5 miles from the sewage plant.
For this we put our house which is the green point on the red circle which is the distance we want it away from the sewage plant. From there we measured the distances from either rivers to the houses. We figured out that the shortest distance would be next to a river so the man could go fishing easier.
Feed and Water Lab
In this lab we had to figure out the distance between certain points, leading a horse from food to water and then to its home, finding the shortest distance to do this at.
Here in the picture the path is actually to long because you move strait to the food and pass the finish going to the water then going back. This creates too much work as were in picture two your path is slightly lower making it to where you can reach it easier form a certain side
