In this project we were told to write a children's story in Spanish. We chose a country and had to research about that countries culture. Finding things like the countries food type all the way to the countries climate. Next, we came up with ideas for our story as were my story is about a panther that is sad because people are afraid of him. Then we put the book together, drawing pictures and writing. Then in the back we had to put a glossary for all the words that we had to look up in the book.
Making this book and writing it was really fun. I really liked the art part of it, getting to think up a story and then even drawing pictures to go along with the story. The hardest part of this project would have been thinking of an idea for the story. Coming up with an idea was hard for me because I was trying to find a good engaging idea that would make the kids interested. I this project I learned that I know a lot more Spanish then what I thought, And I also learned that Spanish was more fun then what I though. Through out this project I had a lot of fun from the art to even thinking up the story and I would love to do it again.
